Bloods offer "No Fun (ft Girls Rock!)"; continue to plot SXSW 2019 and beyond

We are pleased to pass along a smattering of Bloods news as together we wind down 2018 and look ahead to 2019.

To commemorate the 5th anniversary of their acclaimed debut EP Golden Fang, Bloods have re-recorded the EP’s opening track “No Fun” with the help of talented and dedicated members of the Sydney chapter of Girls Rock! The track features new parts from Bloods' own MC, along with Mia Betteridge (guitar), Roxy Tilse (guitar and backing vocals), Charley Barnes (vocals), and Natalie Patterson (guitar and backing vocals). You can blast the track here and get additional info on the collaboration here.

To further recognize Bloods’ swift ascent from Golden Fang’s release in 2013 until now, on the heels of Feelings, and as founding member, stellar bassist, superb co-vocalist, and all-around amazing human, Sweetie prepares to move on from the group, the full lineup will be performing a set of Australian Summer Kick-Off Party shows in December. Details are here.

As they move forward, 2019 will see Bloods return for a second time as a showcasing artist at SXSW (March 10-17), in Austin, Texas. Check out SXSW’s Australian artist preview featuring Bloods here.

In the week following SXSW (March 18-25), Bloods will be visiting LA and Seattle for promo and press activities, so be on the look out for more info on their post-SXSW appearances in those locations soon.

Finally, we are so appreciative and humbled by all the support of Bloods and Share It Music in this our inaugural year. For those compiling and publishing year-end or best-of lists, we’d be thrilled for Bloods' Feelings to be included as one of your favorites in 2018. We can't think of a better way to close out 2018 and launch 2019 together. Feelings album details are here.
